Menu Plan Monday ~ March 21

Plan for this week, in no particular order:

~ Lentil Tacos:
   1 cup lentils
   2-3 cups chicken broth
   1 packet taco seasoning (I use McCormick's)
Add all of the above into a pan and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer (med-low) and simmer for 30 minutes or when most of the liquid has been absorbed. When soft, I puree in a blender. Serve on crunchy or soft taco shells with your favorite toppings.

 ~ BBQ Chicken
 ~ Beef and Broccoli
 ~ Beef Strognaoff
 ~ Chick Fil A Copycat nuggets
 ~ Homemade Pizza
