30 Days of Thanks- Day 8

Today, day 8, I am thankful that God has allowed me to stay here on Earth and be with my family.  One year ago today, a friend, who was my same age, passed on to Heaven.  She left behind a husband and a son who is the same age as my oldest son.  Please pray for them as it has been a difficult year.
