Stuck ~
My sister recently wrote on Facebook that she was going to do the DNA test from Ancestry to see what kind of results showed up. I’ve always been interested in genealogy and I knew I had some of my dad’s stuff in my attic. My dad had done a lot of research and had a good tree going. There is just one person on his tree that doesn’t match up with other sources that I have found. So, I feel stuck. My dad has her listed as first name, maiden name. Everything I have found with this persons maiden name doesn’t match up right with the spouse. I just wish I knew for sure if the person he has listed as my maternal great great great grandmother was the right one, because I can trace this persons family back to the 1300’s. The other sources I have list the same first name, her married name, but a different birth year. I’m hoping I can find something that would give me a clue so I can research further and not be stuck.
